About
Rachel Sepulveda, RD
Rachel Sepulveda has lived with IBD, IBS and endometriosis for over 20 years and has spent nearly a decade helping others as a dietitian specializing in digestive health and IBD. Her path into nutrition began after her own diagnosis in 2010, when she started searching for real answers and holistic ways to take care of her health.
Because she has lived it herself, Rachel understands how overwhelming and frustrating chronic gut issues can be. That experience shapes her approach with every client. She blends evidence-based nutrition with holistic practices like Functional Nutrition, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Ayurveda to support the whole person, not just symptoms.
Today, Rachel works with clients across the country to calm inflammation, improve gut health, and feel more confident managing IBD. Her goal is simple: to provide compassionate, integrative support that helps people feel better and more in control of their health.
