Meet Rachel Sepulveda, Dietitian & Wellness Coach
With nearly a decade of dedicated experience, Rachel Sepulveda has been passionately committed to supporting individuals grappling with conditions such as IBD, IBS, and various digestive ailments. Rachel’s journey into the world of nutrition and wellness was deeply personal, sparked by her own diagnosis with IBD back in 2010. Motivated by her desire to understand and conquer her condition, she embarked on a transformative path that would eventually lead her to become a registered dietitian.
Rachel’s pursuit led her to Stanford, where she studied nutrition and inflammatory bowel disease, contributing to research on food sensitivities and IBD. Through her own healing journey, Rachel discovered the profound impact of integrating conventional and holistic healing approaches, a revelation that would shape her professional philosophy.
Driven by a commitment to holistic wellness, Rachel pursued further specialization in Integrative & Functional Nutrition. Over the years, Rachel has had the privilege of working with countless individuals across the nation, guiding them towards a better quality of life and empowering them to take control of their health.
